Combating Child Marriage in Developing Countries.

Alana Muvdi

Dear Delegates,

Welcome to KCPMUN X! My name is Alana Muvdi, and it is an honor to introduce myself as your President for UNICEF this year.

The topic that UNICEF will be discussing this year is not only very challenging but also highly relevant and critical to our global society today. This fact provides delegates with a very different opportunity to voice their ideas and insights on an issue that affects millions of lives worldwide. As members of this committee, I urge you to think creatively about solutions to the problems presented but always keep in mind your delegation’s stance and the goals at large set by UNICEF. I hope you are all eager and ready to delve into the depths of thoughtful discussion on the combating of child marriage in developing countries. I am confident that each delegation will effectively represent their position while working collaboratively to achieve meaningful progress in our committee.

As your President, I am looking forward to the upcoming debates and am here to assist with any questions or concerns you may have. Please feel free to reach out to me at amuvdi@kcparrish.edu.co for further assistance.

Warm regards,
Alana Muvdi
